We were born at Hospital Sírio-Libanês as the first startup incubated by Alma, HSL's innovation arm. Today Sofya is in Brazil's largest hospitals.

Our technology

Sofya trains and refines artificial intelligence models for the healthcare environment: clinical reasoning, data structuring and patient safety, validated with physicians in real hospitals. This work took Sofya to the Meta LlamaCon 2025 keynote stage.
